  • We have the option for drop off / pick up at our studio in Long Island City, NY (A 5 minute walk off of the N/W line at Queensboro plaza, or 1 minute from the F line at Queensbridge) as well as mail in / mail back services from anywhere in the United States. Just choose the appropriate option at check out, or email us at hello@theribbitfactory.com if you have questions.

  • Almost anything! While we’re limited on some things, like leather and super heavy or high-stretch fabrics, we’re hoping to keep as much of your closet in use as we can. If you have an item that seems unusual or you’re not sure if it can be repaired, email us at hello@theribbitfactory.com. And if you don’t see something in the shop that you like, let us know! We’re happy to take custom orders.

  • Not usually - it’s just not part of our business model. But, we do offer some of our brand partners invisible mending, so if you have something special that you want to keep as-is, let us know at hello@theribbitfactory.com and we can discuss a custom order.

  • Due to the nature of our business, garment repairs are not refundable or returnable. However, if you’re unhappy with your item in any way, let us know at hello@theribbitfactory.com, and we’ll do our best to make it right!

  • Above all else, we just want you to wear your clothes longer! Shop your own closet, choose secondhand where you can, and be mindful about the businesses you support. And if you want to give us a follow on socials or send us a testimonial, that doesn’t hurt either :).
